Training Camp Fitness CLT is presenting a FREE bootcamp at NoDa Brewing every Tuesday at 6pm!
Join head trainer and founder of Training Camp Fitness, Thad Chevere for a 1 hour workout on the NoDa Brewing turf. Coach Thad will lead you through a full-body workout using your body weight and resistance bands (provided).
No sign up or registration required. Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes or sneakers and bring a water bottle and sweat towel, if desired.
Get your sweat on and then cool off with a refreshing NoDa brew!
