This RnD batch series is designed around a Hazy IPA base and utilizes Thiolized yeast called Helio Gazer. This yeast allows us to incorporate more Thiol compounds from hops giving grapefruit and passionfruit aromas to the brew. 

The brew is hopped with Centennial, Nectaron, and El Dorado CGX hops to bring a tropical forward hazy IPA experience.

This 6.5% ABV experimental brew will be available exclusively on draft at our North End Taproom beginning Monday, July 4th. Get it while it lasts!
