This IPA contains Simcoe, Centennial and Mosaic hops giving it a piney, floral and citrus character.

What makes this beer truly unique is the Pacific Ale Yeast which differs from our standard ale yeast used in most of our other West Coast IPAs. This yeast gives the brew subtle fruity esters.
