Dragon Dorado is an IPA brewed in collaboration with Beer Designers Brewing Co. in Costa Rica, which was started by our first intern, Andres Cifar Hdez!
This brew is a West Coast IPA with a heavy emphasis on El Dorado Lupomax hops as well as Citra and Simcoe. Dragon Dorado is fermented on Costa Rican Dragonfruit, giving the beer a very bright pink/purple color and tropical flavors and aroma.
Enjoy this 7.0% ABV IPA exclusively on draft at our North End Taproom beginning Tuesday, May 10th. Dragon Dorado’s release represents Day 5 of CLT Brewed Week – Collab Release Day!
