Join us for another Courageous Conversation about Micro-aggressions and Implicit Bias Women Face in the Workplace
Though laws have been created to prevent explicit discrimination against women in the workplace, it doesn’t eliminate the subtle discrimination that still exists. This conversation will focus on the less talked about issues that are not often noticed or recognized by peers and employers.
In this Courageous Conversation, we will have open conversations for people to talk about their experiences with subtle discrimination, how to recognize it, and how to address and prevent it.
