Introducing our Cold IPA brewed on our Pilot System!

This 6.9% ABV Cold IPA is brewed to showcase bright, fruit forward hops with a clean, low-sweetness malt body.

This beer is hopped with Citra, LupoMax, Centennial, Citra Incognito, Strata, and Simcoe hops. This yeast also uses a new Thiol expressing (grapefruit and currant character) lager strain called Lunar Crush giving us even more fruity aromatics, flavor, and clean fermentation and finish!

Cold IPA will be available exclusively on draft at our North End Taproom beginning Monday, July 4th.
