Hype Lyfe - Strata Release

Hype Lyfe - Strata is a test batch that we are honored to brew to trial out the Hyper Boost form of the hop, Strata. Hyper Boost is a new advanced hop product that is flowable and isolates most of the desired characteristics of different hop varieties.

YCH asked us to trial their new Strata version of Hyper Boost so this beer features the product heavily in the whirlpool and also in the first dry hopping.

While Strata is the main hop used it also is accented with Mosaic hops and a little bit of Citra Cryo hops.

The beer is clean and dry in finish with assertive bright pine and fruity hop character.
