Along with TIN Kitchen, we are thrilled to be bringing back our beer dinner collaboration for Charlotte Restaurant Week from January 18-27, 2019 (no reservations available for Monday, 1/21)!

You can expect the same level of delicious beer and food pairings that we brought to our first Queen’s Feast in this past summer where we turned our original brewery, at 2229 N. Davidson Street, into a pop-up restaurant for the entire week! Dinner is $35 per person and includes three courses and one flight of beer (four five-ounce glasses). Once you pick your jaw up from the floor (menu below), be sure to snag a table (up to SIX guests) before they’re gone:

Appetizer (choice of one)

Caramelized Pork Belly Bites – over Jalapeno Slaw Chipotle-Honey Glaze

Soup Flight – French Onion with Parmesan Croutons; Truffled Parsnip Puree with 3 Herb Pesto; and Manhattan Clam Chowder

Roasted Beet Salad – with Grapefruit Vinaigrette & Crumbled Goat Cheese

Entree (choice of one)

Airline Fried Chicken – with Bleu Cheese Mashed Potatoes & Bacon Braised Green Beans

Spicy Shrimp & Creamy Polenta – with Tasso Ham Gravy

Italian Bolognese – over Gemelli Pasta with Shaved Pecorino

Sweet Potato Fallafel – over Kale-Farro Salad with Feta

Dessert (choice of one)

Bourbon Bread Pudding – with Crème Anglaise and a Ginger Cookie Crumble

Nutella Pot de Creme – with a Mexican “Cookie” and Toasted Hazelnuts
