Charlotte Restaurant Week: July 2018

Along with TIN Kitchen, we are thrilled to be bringing back our beer dinner collaboration for Charlotte Restaurant Week from July 20-29! You can expect the same level of delicious beer and food pairings that we brought to our first Queen’s Feast in January, except this time we’re elevating the experience by turning OG, our original brewery at 2229 N. Davidson Street, into a pop-up restaurant for the entire week! Dinner is $30 per person and includes three courses and one flight of beer (four five-ounce glasses). Once you pick your jaw up from the floor (menu below), be sure to snag a table before they’re gone:

Appetizers:

ahi tuna tartare | avocado | crispy shallots | ginger ponzu

ancho chile-coffee rubbed steak bites | summer corn salad | marinated feta

gazpacho flight:

  • honeydew-cucumber | dill | tarragon | radish
  • roasted beet | greek yogurt | mint
  • traditional tomato | basil cream | poached shrimp

Entrees:

brown butter gnocchi | sautéed spinach | pine nuts | pecorino

chargrilled octopus | chorizo | fingerling potatoes | wilted arugula

southwestern bone-in pork chops | peach salsa | orzo salad | tabasco

sweet tea-fried airline chicken breast | parmesan polenta | bacon braised collards | sriracha aioli

Desserts:

upside down peach cake | blueberry coulis | candied mint leaf

white chocolate-rubarb cheesecake | macerated strawberry | candied pecans
