We (along with TIN Kitchen) can’t wait to host you during the January 19-28 Charlotte Restaurant Week (see menu below)! Make your reservations now:

Menu (Select one item for each course.)

Appetizers
– chipotle smoked beef tartare | crushed sunchoke chips | raw egg yolk | frisee salad
– soup flight: curried butternut squash-cauliflower | sherried shrimp bisque | miso ramen & pork belly
– falafel | lemon twist hummus | kachumber salad | chive oil

Entrees
– buttermilk fried airline chicken | “Ramble on Red” mac & cheese | garlic fried broccolini | jalapeno-honey butter
– cast-iron seared sea scallops | truffle-white bean puree | wild mushrooms | tarragon cream
– braised beef short rib | red wine demi | roasted root vegetables | wilted swiss chard
– ratatouille | tomato bechamel | angel hair pasta | fresh herbs

Desserts
– vanilla-honeycomb cheesecake | oreo crust | caramel | shaved chocolate
